At tonik, we’re focused on early-stage startups. Founders come to us because we develop bug-free MVPs that scale up with their businesses. That means we gotta think beyond clean code (though it’s our way to go).
So yeah, it’s not an easy job (you DO need to know how to center a div), but still a game worth playing. And you'll love the satisfaction!
No worries, though, the team is there for you. From day one your team leader will make sure you have everything you need to do your magic. Also, a project manager is always around if you need help getting your stuff together.
Sounds like too-much-structure? Fear not — we have a strict no-nagging policy. You need help, ask for it. You want feedback, you’ll get it. Or you want to be left alone? You do you!
Just be nice and make other people happy. And we’ll be out there to make sure you’re happy too!

We’re into communication, not commute. Flex your skills in our oh-so-cool office in Poznań or keep your slippers on and work in your bed.

Feel comfortable, but not too comfortable! Be ambicious, open to feedback and learn new stuff. We’ll help you become your best!
Part of your job here is to rest properly, so you get paid time off for that exact reason. Go for a hike, catch up on Netflix or do whatever else you like!
When you go 'achoo-achoo' or get a tummy ache, your place is under a blanket. We literally pay you to stay there. And for the medical care.
Whatever you need to work or work better — you get it. A comfy chair, super-duper course or groundbreaking software? Seriously, just ask.
